Motivational Monday – Global Leadership Coach
Victoria Rennoldson’s career (Class of 1996) has been driven by curiosity about communication, culture, and how people connect across borders.
After leaving South Hampstead High School in 1996, Victoria studied German and Russian at Durham University, then spent 12 years in international brand marketing, working for global FMCG and food companies. Her experience inspired her to found Culture Cuppa ten years ago, helping professionals and teams thrive across cultures. Today, Victoria is a multi-award-winning Coach, Speaker, and certified Facilitator. As well as being CEO and Founder of Culture Cuppa, she is an author and a top-ranked podcast host with over 155 episodes. Her first book, Become a Global Leader (2025), became a bestseller, offering practical guidance on confident leadership, clear communication, and cross-cultural connection.
Looking back on her school years, Victoria fondly recalls the library, netball, and school trips abroad, including to Germany and Greece. She credits her Latin teacher, Mrs Pavey, for her mentorship and guidance, despite pursuing a different academic route. When asked about what advice she would give our current pupils, she responded: “There’s no single right answer. Be flexible, take that first step, and keep learning – it’s part of our life journey.”
We were delighted to welcome her back to South Hampstead recently, when she generously donated two copies of Become a Global Leader to the school library. Victoria will also be sharing her knowledge at the next GDST networking event – full details can be found on our Mehr Licht community page.
