Motivational Monday – Global Leadership Coach

Victoria Rennoldson’s career (alumna/class of 1996) has been driven by curiosity about communication, culture, and how people connect across borders. After leaving South Hampstead High School in 1996, she studied German and Russian at Durham University, then spent 12 years in international brand marketing, working for global FMCG and food companies.

Her experience inspired her to found Culture Cuppa ten years ago, helping professionals and teams thrive across cultures. Today, Victoria is a multi-award-winning Coach, Speaker, and certified Facilitator, CEO and Founder of Culture Cuppa, an author, and a top-ranked podcast host with over 155 episodes.

Her first book, Become a Global Leader (2025), became a bestseller, offering practical guidance on confident leadership, clear communication, and cross-cultural connection.

Looking back on her school years, Victoria fondly recalls the library, netball courts, and school trips abroad, including to Hamburg in Germany and Greece. She credits her Latin teacher, Mrs Pavey, for mentorship and guidance that helped “clear her path,” even as she followed a very different academic route.

On advice for our current pupils: “There’s no single right answer. Be flexible, take that first step, and keep learning – it’s part of our life journey.

We were delighted to welcome Victoria back this week, when she generously donated two copies of Become a Global Leader to the school library. We wish her continued success and encourage alumnae to join the GDST networking event on 4 February and our South Hampstead High School’s upcoming Mehr Licht events.
