Student Designs

Each year, our Sixth Form Art Scholars are commissioned to produce artworks for the school.

Pupils at South Hampstead are encouraged to find their voice and express themselves in a multitude of ways. Each year, our Sixth Form art scholars have the opportunity to expand their portfolios and get involved in the design process. Sixth Form Art Scholar, Nancy, was briefed to create new designs for eco-friendly tote bags and pupil planners for our 150th anniversary year.  For the tote bags, she produced an illustration of wisteria, inspired by our recently transformed biophilic roof terrace which was funded by our 150th anniversary campaign. Nancy also created a range of special anniversary designs for this year’s Junior, Senior and Sixth Form pupil diaries, influenced by the iconic penguin sculpture mascots dotted around the school.
