We’re inviting our community to nominate an inspirational South Hampstead alumna for the GDST Alumna of the Year Awards 2026.
As we celebrate our 150th anniversary, help ensure our alumnae are represented by nominating someone who inspires you. The nomination form launches on 16 March ’26.
Join us for 36 hours of fun and activity to raise funds for the campaign. Pupils and staff across the school will take on a range of challenges including the whole school walk through the parks of London. Save the date and watch out for more details.
A special event for senior alumnae from the Classes of 1961 and before. Join us in the elegant Burgess Room for conversation with friends, an archive presentation, and a delicious seated lunch.

All alumnae are invited to our annual reunion. A chance to meet up with friends, contemporaries and former staff to reminisce about your time at the school and reconnect. A programme of activities for current staff: running club, meditation, netball, yoga, Pilates and more. Open to teaching and support staff at both the Junior and Senior Schools.
The South Hampstead Chorale is conducted by Director of Music, Mrs Sophie Ellis, and is open to parents, alumnae and friends. The choir sings at concerts throughout the year. Please contact e.jones@shhs.gdst.net for further details.

A series of online seminars around teaching practice at South Hampstead. The first seminar will give a clear and pratical view of the current AI landscape at South Hampstead and how we expect it to shape your daughter’s learning environment.

Future-ready leadership – building your human capabilities in the AI era. South Hampstead Alumna and Parent Victoria Rennoldson joins us for an inspiring, interactive and practical conversation on what it takes to become a global leader.
Martin Lewis from MoneySavingExpert joins us to share his advice and discuss female financial literacy and university finance with Sixth Form pupils. This event is open to partner schools and GDST pupils online.
Save the date for our first Speaker Series Debate where pupils will explore the role of AI in education alongside leading public experts including Lena Chauhan co-founder of GEN:R (Generation Responsible AI).
