Fireside Storytelling

The library has been buzzing this month, as teachers read chilling stories round the (virtual) fire.
Pupils of all ages gathered round to listen to Winter Chills: haunting tales, read by their teachers, during their break times. The ghost stories were brought alive by Mr Garrard and Mr Larochelle (English), Mr Arundale (Chemistry), Ms Martin (Drama) as well as Ms Brass and Mrs Bingham. A flickering fire accompanied the spine-tingling prose, while Dr Brainard’s warming, home-baked, cinnamon ‘Snickerdoodles’ went down a treat.
