Our Junior School Head of English has written a book to help demystify the subjunctive mood, fronted-adverbials and other grammatical terms.

Year 2 Teacher Mrs Paramour wrote The Grammar Book, due to be published next month, with her husband.  It aims to provide a no-nonsense, no-judgement approach to the complexities of grammatical terms in a frank, funny and reassuring style. Early reviews describe it as a “superb book.” In the acknowledgements, she thanks her South Hampstead colleagues. The latest publication follows her 2018 book: How to be an How to be an Outstanding Primary Middle Leader. Mrs Paramour also writes an award-winning education blog.
