Our A Level Physicists have once again triumphed in a national competition designed to test problem-solving and recognise excellence.
The British Physics Olympiad aims to challenge able students and encourage them to experience the real-world, problem-solving potential of Physics. Two of our Upper Sixth Physicists sat this year’s paper, with Roshan awarded a Bronze and Lillian a Gold – nationally, only the top 8.7% of entrants received Gold medals this year. Roshan joined the Sixth Form last year and is taking A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths; Lillian joined South Hampstead at age of 11 and is studying for A Levels in Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Further Maths.
