Sports Awards

We celebrated the girls’ sporting achievements via online awards ceremonies this year.

Congratulations to all our winners, who have demonstrated tremendous grit, energy and sporting talent over the course of the year – not least in the face of cancelled fixtures and tournaments over the past few months.

The awards were presented to those who have shown strong progress and achievement across the year in a range of sports, from netball and football to cross country and gymnastics. We were thrilled to welcome guest speaker Kira Rothwell, the London Pulse Netball superleague player and England U21 International, who did a live Q&A with the girls after the awards.

An ethos of inclusive excellence pervades our sporting provision at South Hampstead. We have recently launched a Sports Scholarship programme for 11+ entry and provide diverse opportunities to ensure every girl finds her sporting niche.
