South Hampstead’s Infinity squad have taken the top spot in London’s cheerleading league for the second year in a row.
At Sunday’s finals, schools from across London competed for the league title. Led by Sixth Form Cheer Captains, Daisy and Lauren, the squad performed a winning routine to place them first in the London Dance & Cheer Academy (LDCA) competition. Congratulations to all the girls involved.
Cheerleading is one of our many co-curricular activities on offer at South Hampstead; it currently involves over 30 girls girls in Year 7 to the Sixth Form training together, when they learn skills including teamwork, co-ordination, tumbling and ‘flying’.
