Class of 2005 Bursary

We are delighted by the generosity of the Class of 2005, who are now making regular donations to support our bursary funds.

For alumnae Datshiane Navanayagam and Lola Bursari (nee Akindele), bursary fund-raising is close to their hearts. They were both bursary students at the school, and now sit on our bursary board and mentor current pupils on fee assistance at South Hampstead. They are working with their year group and South Hampstead’s Philanthropy and Alumnae department to ensure the school can provide more financial support to girls whose families cannot afford school fees.

“Our experience was life-changing. We have always been so grateful for our education and for the lifelong friendships we made at school and would like to give back. If we can encourage other former pupils from our year group to join us, together we can make a real difference to a young girl’s life.”

Alumna Natasha Rosen (nee Brilliant) is one of several alumnae from the Class of 2005 who will be supporting this campaign.

I have such fond memories of my time at South Hampstead, and I am delighted to be able to support such a fantastic cause to help other girls experience all that the school has to offer.
